You have 30 days from the date of shipment to return your purchase of VisualPoetryBarcelona.

IN THE SHOP

If you stay close or feel like it, you can also come to our store in Barcelona to change your order, we will be happy to assist you in person.

FROM HOME

In the case of a return of your choice, you will have to pay the costs of 2.99 euros of return due to the shipment of the products (Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal) and € 11.95 (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

If the product has a manufacturing error we assume the shipping cost.
